Oktober Hollow is doing our in studio, formal photos this year. You can order you photos up until picture day and when they are ready, she will email a photo album link directly to you. Choose the amount of costumes you wish to purchase and the the office know if you are interested in the live show photo add-on.
T-shirt orders are due May 18.

Nothing says great job to your hard working dancer as beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers. Blue Ridge Peaches Designs will be providing our recital flowers. You have the choice of Pink Carnations or Red Roses!
Below you will find our Parent Sign up link. Each show needs some extra hands to help it run smoothly. You will find the listed positions that need assistance. We are also accepting donations of snacks for concessions and coloring books for the young dancers dressing room. Please only sign up for ONE slot. We will reach out if we need more help
Stage Setup-We have marley flooring to roll out and tape down for the performance. There may be some large items that need to move around back stage to make sure the wings around is safe for all of our dancers. This position will need to be filled for Thursday at 4 and Saturday right after the show.
Room Parent-We prefer this is position to be filled by matching gender to the dancers in the room. As a room parent, you are there to help watch the dancers while they are in the dressing rooms, help with bathroom breaks, and making sure the dancers are ready for their next dance. Will get the watch their dancer from the side of the stage
Room Lead- This parent is in charge of the dancer sign in and sign out sheet and lining up our next needed dance from a given room. Will get the watch their dancer from the side of the stage
Hair Mom- This parent will assist in braiding hair for their given night. We will be sending a video tutorial, holding a hair class, have a dancer sign up, and a beauty school option to help alleviate the demand on these parents.
Ticket Help- These parents will help at the door for selling at the door tickets, running the concessions, and our 50/50 raffle tickets.
